The rent includes cable TV, broadband, and an outdoor parking space for one car. Please note that the parking space is not suitable for electric cars. Household electricity is excluded and requires its own agreement. Bright and attractive two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, with lift access, just a five-minute walk from Tuve Torg. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment has a secure entrance-door lock and a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom, and interior throughout. The enclosed balcony enjoys afternoon and evening sun. There is a separate laundry/utility room in the apartment with a combined washer-dryer. There is also a separate walk-in closet. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and a French balcony. Bedroom 2 features a smart IKEA bed that can be used as a double bed, a single bed/sofa, or two separate beds. The room also has direct access to the balcony. The living room has space for a dining table with extension leaves and a sofa bed. A TV and sound system are included. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is storage furniture in every room. Shared facilities include a laundry room, bicycle storage, and pram storage. The property also offers attractive green outdoor areas with a playground and barbecue facilities. Tuve Torg offers a wide range of everyday services. There are excellent bus connections via main route 17, and the city center is only 20 minutes away. This is an ideal home for anyone who enjoys being close to nature while still having easy access to the city.
