Jag planerar att hyra ut min MKB-lägenhet i Malmö i cirka 6 månader, med möjlighet till förlängning beroende på omständigheterna. Lägenheten ligger i ett mycket bra och bekvämt läge, relativt nära Triangeln station endast cirka 7 minuter med cykel. Det finns även goda bussförbindelser, med busshållplats bara cirka 2 minuter från porten. I närheten finns ICA samt många andra bekvämligheter och service. Jag har bott i lägenheten i snart 3 år och trivs väldigt bra där. Eftersom uthyrningen endast är tänkt att vara tillfällig under en period då jag kommer att ha min LIA i Helsingborg, vill jag gärna hitta en ansvarsfull hyresgäst som tar väl hand om lägenheten. Lägenheten kan hyras ut delvis möblerad om så önskas, eller helt omöblerad. El ingår inte men kall- och varmvatten ingår redan i hyran, vilket gör boendekostnaden enkel och förutsägbar. I am planning to sublet my MKB apartment in Malmö for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extending the rental period depending on the circumstances. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, relatively close to Triangeln Station only about 7 minutes by bike. There are also excellent bus connections, with a bus stop just 2 minutes from the entrance. An ICA supermarket and many other amenities and services are located nearby. I have lived in the apartment for almost 3 years and really enjoy living there. Since the sublet is intended to be temporary while I complete my LIA placement in Helsingborg, I am looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the apartment. The apartment can be rented partially furnished if preferred, or completely unfurnished. Electricity not included, but cold and hot water are already included in the rent, making the monthly housing costs simple and predictable.
