At Campus Stella, we offer bright and modern rooms in a corridor style student residence where you share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom facilities with other students. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the residence is furnished in bright, neutral colours. Good to know: There is no floor plan. You have your own private room. Two rooms share one bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared with the other seven students on the same floor. The residence and your room are furnished according to the inventory list below. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, and induction hob. Heating, internet, and cold and hot water consumption are included in the rent. A fixed electricity fee of SEK 205 per month applies and is already included in the advertised rent. We follow Boverkets regulations on overcrowding. The rent is based on the 2026 rent level and will be adjusted for 2027 once the annual rent negotiations have been completed. The images shown are for illustrative purposes only.
