Framförallt företagsbostad och kan hyras kortare perioder än dessa 5 månader, men är även potentiellt öppna för att hyra ut till privatpersoner. El, internet och städning ingår. Soffan är bytt till en bäddsoffa från Sweef. Kan inte förlängas efter 31 mars 2027. Hyran är lite förhandlingsbar för rätt gäst - det är väldigt viktigt för oss att hyresgästen är nöjd:) Väl mött, William Primarily intended as corporate housing, and it can be rented for shorter periods than this 5-month term, but we are also potentially open to renting to private individuals. Electricity, internet and cleaning are included. The sofa has been replaced with a sofa bed from Sweef. The rental cannot be extended beyond March 31, 2027. There is some flexibility on the rent for the right tenant its very important to us that the tenant is happy about the rental:) Kind regards, William
